Dream Home of the Day: 88 Beacon Street #3, Boston, MA

I certainly don't have the money for this beautiful space now...and realistically I probably never will...but O.M.G.!!! I love the tile in the hallway (photo 3 above) so I'll just move in to the hallway if they'll have me. They can keep the beautifully designed dining room and living room (and every other room).  That hallway is one amazingly thought out, put together space.  What do y'all think of this property?

Dream Home of the Day: 29 Rose Dhu Creek Plant, Bluffton, South Carolina

Kinda obsessed with Bluffton, South Carolina. It's got that small town charm, those mild South Carolina days, and it's not too far away from our favorite city in the world (Savannah...of course).  This beautiful property on 2.9 acres is for sale on Trulia (click on the photos for specs and more photos).  With a little paint job and some great signature pieces (from Clutter perhaps...) this place would be amazing!!! Dream Home of the Day: 154 Pelican Drive, Tybee Island, GA

Awesome views and great bones in this beautiful Tybee home. We'd change a little bit of the paint choices on the interior, but love the neutral Hampton's vibe in the living room/kitchen area and the amazing porch. Get the chic coastal vibe of the main room in your house with some neutral yet modern paint choices (whites, grays)... and throw in some great linen pieces and some folk art (check out Charles Scarborough...Clutter fave!!!).

His mixed media work and heavily street-art-influenced pieces are bold, fun, unique, and an extension of a talented individual (regardless of his personal exploits).  From Banksy to Brown, street art is a constantly changing, ever innovating medium that sometimes shocks, but always envelopes this enthusiast. What do y'all think? Get the Look 005

For this "Get the Look" we've chosen a desk area which is bright yet warm with its touches of dark wood and decadent textiles. You can get this look from your local boutique consignment store, Clutter, for a fraction of the designer cost. Using things found at Clutter, a coat of grey paint (we like Thunder by BM) and white sheers on the windows, this look can be yours in no time!  



Inspiration

This beautiful armoire is perfect for the far right corner of this room. It's warm tone helps anchor the room and adds elegance.

The desk in our inspiration photo is a white parsons table; just like this one. When you want to change the look up from desk, this table is a perfect breakfast table.

AND

The cow hide underneath the parsons table is perfect to get this look, too! It adds warmth and texture.

Although this chair isn't a King Louis chair, we think this chair would be beautiful with the white parsons table and a great addition.

This lamp is amazing! With a grey shade it is a great addition to our look and goes very nicely with our warm tones.
