Dream Home of the Day: 122 East Broughton Street, Savannah, GA

Fully into this condo living in Broughton's Kress Loft in beautiful downtown Savannah. The blue, tufted leather sofa is amazing, just for starters, but really like the bones of this place. Because it is just shy of 1300 square feet, we'd lighten up the paint choice a bit...maybe a soft gray...to make the place feel bigger.  Add lots of mirrors and smaller furniture to a tight space to make to extend your square footage also. We have a super funky mirror in store at Clutter right now that, with the toned down gray walls, would look superb in this space. 

What do y'all think? If you lived here, you could go to GAP (on the first floor) literally every day of the week!
